Free Store Pick Up

You can pick up your order from Little Gift Company, 49 Llandudno Road, Rhos on Sea, LL28 4EX free upon opening times. You will receive notification when your order is ready for collection.

Deliveries

All deliveries are made by Royal Mail to the U.K. mainland. Do not deliver outside the U.K. Delivery costs are a standard flat rate of £4.90.

Returns

Hope you are delighted with your purchase and will treasure it forever. Please make sure you check your order upon receipt, as faulty or damaged items must be reported within 10 working days of receiving goods.

If you are unhappy with your order please contact Little Gift Company as soon as possible, you have 14 days to arrange a refund or exchange. Only until receipt of the goods arrive at Little Gift Company in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition when purchased, a refund will be issued.

Please note all refunded or exchanged items need to be returned back to the following address. Do recommend a secure trackable postage method of delivery, so you are fully insured if the parcel fails to reach Little Gift Company. Once received you shall receive receipt and refunded at the earliest opportunity.
