All orders recieved before 1pm are processed the same day. Personalised gifts are made just for you, so most orders are dispatched to you within 2-5 working days, While many orders will be received sooner please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

Most of our items are shipped using Royal Mail 1st class delivery although a courier may sometimes be used, We will send you an email once your item has been shipped to you. Any items which may have a longer delivery than mentioned here will be stated as such in the product description.

If ordering for a special occasion please order in plenty of time as we can not be held responsible for delays in postage.
